Looking for a house to buy in North County in one of the craziest real estate markets ever - with a baby on the way and an unfinished cross-country move looming – we really needed an agent who could help us navigate more than just the week’s new listings! Luckily, we ended up choosing Mick.

As our agent, Mick brought a great balance by being extremely proactive on showings, upcoming listings, and writing offers; while maintaining a laid-back posture that never made us feel like we needed to make decisions we weren’t ready for, or get in over our heads. His stress-free and level headed approach made what was a stressful time in an intensely competitive market seem manageable and, dare I say, even fun.

He learned our tastes and the nuances of what we were looking for very quickly, so we always got a heads up when something that was up our alley was coming up. The custom search he set up for us was great – a helpful email with new listings matching our criteria in our inbox every morning. We quickly learned that, in the late 2021/early 2022 market, if we saw something we liked we better try and see it immediately, and Mick was almost always able to make that happen right away. Once we found our home and got our offer accepted, Mick was very involved in all negotiations, helped resolve all issues with the selling party, and everything was handled with grace and professionalism. If looking in the San Diego area – we highly recommend going with Mick!

I have worked with several Realtors and Mick Frasca has by far been the most professional and knowledgeable. Throughout the entire home selling and purchasing process he communicated clearly, consistently and accurately. He helped us price our home strategically to get the price we wanted ensuring that we could move into the perfect home. His advice on staging, showing and navigating the bidding/counterbidding was spot on. The selling realtor for our purchase was rather difficult and Mick handled the challenges with ultimate professionalism. We truly benefited from his support throughout the experience and I would recommend him to anyone.
