Mickey and Laurie are such great advocates and masters in their craft. They helped me secure the perfect home on Dalton Lane and take my first step in my home ownership journey. They’re kind, patient and take you along every step of the process so you’re well informed of everything that’s happening. In every moment of buying my first home, I felt comfortable, safe and above all enthusiastic about what was unfolding. They are fantastic people and relish in your excitement about buying a home.

Two years later, I worked with Mickey and Laurie again to sell my home on Dalton due to changing life circumstances. They hired a professional photographer that took gorgeous photos of my home and gave me great advice about how to make my house market ready. Honestly, I was blown away. The house sold in one day! I was so grateful for their knowledge and expertise to help me achieve this.

Hands down, I would never work with other realtors. 5/5. Would definitely recommend.

As a first time home-buyer, our surprise meeting Laurie and Mickey from Heart and Home Realty was kind of fortuitous. From the get go, Laurie was responsive, kind, thorough, and understanding while we wavered back and forth on whether we were ready to buy. All in the midst of dealing with the added difficulties COVID-19 has added to the home purchasing process.

At one of our first showings, Mickeys experienced eye identified several potential issues in the home we were looking at. I was very happy that he explained in plain speak how somethings could impact a home in different ways in the future. I never knew so much went into a home. He and Laurie walked us through details and minutia of both the home buying process and the home ownership process. They made me feel comfortable at each step and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision I didn't want to make

After a few short weeks of working together, we found the perfect home and within the day, we were ready to make an offer on it. Everything went smoothly and Laurie worked hard during contract negotiations to rectify any concerns we may have had with the home. She definitely will work hard to represent your interests. We love the home we're in and are very thankful we found Laurie and Mickey.

I've already recommended them and their team to any of my friends who will listen, and to whoever reads this review, I would recommend them heartily to you too.
