About Mickie

Mickie's involvement in real estate began in her teenage years as an employee with her father's real estate company, McDonough Brothers. In 1984, after raising a family, Mickie pursued her passion and became a licensed realtor. She joined Roberts Brothers and worked for two years before realizing her longtime dream of owning her own Real Estate firm.

Dauphin Realty of Mobile Inc. became a reality with Mickie at the helm as President/Owner. Growing from one agent and broker to five offices and over 100 agents serving the Mobile and Baldwin County area, the company became one of the most successful real estate firms in south Alabama.

As the business thrived, Mickie maintained a high level of service to the community. She worked tirelessly for the Mobile Area Association of Realtors serving on numerous committees and as Secretary, Treasurer, and President of the Board in 2001. Mickie's many accomplishments were acknowledged when in 2002 she was named "Realtor of the Year".

Statewide, Mickie has contributed in many areas including her service with the Alabama Association of Realtors as a State Director from 2000-2002. Locally, Mickie's community service includes serving on the boards of Am South/Regions Bank and the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce. She is also active in the Mobile Downtown Alliance.

October 2011, a new beginning dawned when Mickie merged Dauphin Realty of Mobile, Inc. with Roberts Brothers Inc, returning to her roots and creating the largest real estate company in the Mobile/Baldwin County areas.

Home is where the heart is and Mickie's new passion is the successful merger of these two great companies. Mickie is now in a management/consulting position with Roberts Brothers and is excited about the merger and intends to enthusiastically and tirelessly use her talents in the growth and success of the new company.
