Miguel is from Cuzco, Peru, and came to the USA in 1988, graduated from the University of North Alabama with an MBA in 1992, moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 1999 to Work for Meharry Medical College as a Business Manager for the Department of Family Medicine. He started in the Real Estate Business in 2003, and this is the best job he’s ever had because it allowed him to grow and develop as a person and as a Real Estate professional. During this time in the business, he learned how to buy and sell properties during different market conditions. This business is continuously changing and presents different challenges every day. The papers work involved; the majority of these houses need lots of repairs. However, the benefit is worth it. He is an expert on live House Auctions and Online Auction. All these years and experience in the business makes him a very seasoned agent. Thanks to his education, he is very successful in negotiating contracts. His main goal is to get his client into a House.
