Mike was a huge help throughout my entire process of buying a home for the first time! knowledgeable and trustworthy. these are the two most important words when it comes to picking a realtor and from my initial meeting with mike i was convinced he had both qualities. i'm someone who doesn't like to turn things over to anyone. i want to drive the car or steer the ship. i dont like the thought of turning over important decisions in my life to someone else. with mike i did just that and never once regretted doing so. he was right every step along the line in the process of selling my home in lexington park in ne philly. from what i needed to do to what i didn't need to do. from when to list to how much to list. from how long he thought it would be on market to how many offers he felt there would be. i mean he was right on target EVERY SINGLE TIME. "i have a good feeling" he kept saying even when i was doubtful. do yourself a favor and trust mike's "good feeling". it comes from years of experience and more importantly listening to a client, which is a lost art these days. i don't think there is another realtor who has a better feel for the entire phila and surrounding areas than mike. selling or buying a home is one of the most important things we do in our lives and when your sure your realtor is tops among his peers and u can trust him completely, your way ahead of everyone else. thanks mike, great job!

Mike was our realtor when we sold our south Philadelphia home and was awesome to work with. We initially met him pre-pandemic when we had just started house hunting. When everything shut down and the market went crazy we decided to go the untraditional route and rent first then sell our home. I was selling My house in Philadelphia and didn’t know where too look for a realtor I read some of the reviews about Mike and Thought he would be a good person to work with.I Contact Mike and arrange for an appointment to come and see my house And ask him for a few pointers on work that I should do on my house to get the best Price.Mike Was very helpful in pointing out a few projects that I should do to get full price.
With that advice I did the projects and put my house on the market on 1 July 2021Within two days I had multiple offers over asking and Went into contract on 3 July

I do not even know where to begin with Mike. I never wanted to mix family friend and business together so we initially had gone with a different realtor and truly had one of the worst experiences ever - that is when I decided to give the family friend route a try and I could not have been happier.
