knowledgeable and trustworthy. these are the two most important words when it comes to picking a realtor and from my initial meeting with mike i was convinced he had both qualities. i'm someone who doesn't like to turn things over to anyone. i want to drive the car or steer the ship. i dont like the thought of turning over important decisions in my life to someone else. with mike i did just that and never once regretted doing so. he was right every step along the line in the process of selling my home in lexington park in ne philly. from what i needed to do to what i didn't need to do. from when to list to how much to list. from how long he thought it would be on market to how many offers he felt there would be. i mean he was right on target EVERY SINGLE TIME. Mike was our realtor when we sold our south Philadelphia home and was awesome to work with. We initially met him pre-pandemic when we had just started house hunting.
