"i have a good feeling" he kept saying even when i was doubtful. do yourself a favor and trust mike's "good feeling". it comes from years of experience and more importantly listening to a client, which is a lost art these days. i don't think there is another realtor who has a better feel for the entire phila and surrounding areas than mike. selling or buying a home is one of the most important things we do in our lives and when your sure your realtor is tops among his peers and u can trust him completely, your way ahead of everyone else. thanks mike, great job!

Mike was our realtor when we sold our south Philadelphia home and was awesome to work with. We initially met him pre-pandemic when we had just started house hunting. When everything shut down and the market went crazy we decided to go the untraditional route and rent first then sell our home.
