Mike provided my aunt invaluable support in helping her sell her large rural home in a very difficult (buyers) market. Patience was the key to getting her home sold. We were looking for a needle in a haystack, frankly. Negotiations with the buyer extended over a six month period. Stressful? Indeed. We drew a line in the sand on what we were willing to accept and stuck to it. Thanks to Mike's perseverance, we closed the sale. To Whom It May Concern: My wife and I recently bought our first house together and Mike Chisholm with Allen Tate, was our Realtor. We have five kids and needed a house in our budget that was large enough to accommodate. We also had a list of things we were looking for in our new home. We wanted a house with a fenced in back yard, an attic space for storage, a good size yard, a neighborhood with kids, and a driveway that wasn't a hill, Mike knew what we were looking for and did not waste our time introducing us to properties that didn't fit our criteria. He was always available to speak with us and met us anytime we wanted, to show us a house. In fact, if we wanted to see the house the same day he would juggle his schedule around and make sure it happened. We love our new home!
