We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Mike Daye. 17 years ago we were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. Mike knew where to find what we wanted and instantly narrowed down our options. So selling our home 17 years later we knew Mike was the right 1 for the task. Mike’s marketing and expert knowledge of the buyers market proved beneficial, we were able to select the most qualified buyer and close in less that 30 days!! Mike went above and beyond to obtain the information we needed to sell our home as well as answering each and every question we had. Let me start off by saying Michael is just a natural when it comes down to Real Estate & has the utmost respect for his clients. We used him 17 years ago when we purchased our home. He asked what we were looking for in a home & that is what we got. The quality & integrity he bring is the most important part of his business. He listed our same house he found us 17 years ago & after one day of showing we received 8 very strong offers & went under contract in 2 days. His marketing is amazing & is a man of his word. Michael was the MVP of my home buying process. He listened to ensure he was always meeting my needs in my search for a new home. I needed to be connected to a bank, he had resources. Any stress or complications with the builders he took off my plate. As a first time home buyer and single female this process seemed all so scary but Michael changed that for me. He was extremely professional, flexible, and most of all KNOWLEDGEABLE of the entire home buying process. When I wanted to throw in the towel and quit because things weren't going well with my builder he was always a phone call away to help & I never had to fix anything, he handled it. I would recommend Michael to my family and friends and when i'm ready to purchase my 2nd home or any investment properties he will be my guy! His customer service is unmatched.
