I am a resident of the Southeast Texas community for many years, and I have proven to be a great asset
to real estate professionals looking to enhance their real estate careers. Combined with a wealth of
knowledge about the community, real estate buying, selling, and investing, my passion for helping

As a team leader I take pride in clear, consistent communication with my team. Whether listening
intently to their wants and needs, educating them about the current market trends, or keeping them
informed through training and development, communication is key.
In addition, I have been in real estate since 2008. I once served as an REO agent for a large mortgage
company. I have overseen a real estate branch as an operations capacity for 6 years, so I’ve seen the
good, bad, and ugly. I have also created a brand called Mike DeLuna Empowers that educates and
encourages business owners to be the best version of themselves possible. I have a business spotlight
podcast and am a public speaker, real estate coach, trainer, and Toastmaster member.
