My husband found Mike while searching online, we couldn’t have made a better choice. Before long we met and discussed all the pertinent details surrounding the sale of our home. He is very professional, personable, and very easy to communicate with. We had multiple offers as soon as we listed and had our open house. The process could have been overwhelming, but Mike took the guess work out of it. Honestly, there were definitely anxious moments but they all worked out because he is also quite knowledgeable. We are totally satisfied with Mike and his team and won’t hesitate to use them again. He is very honest and dependable. Keep up the great work you do and a big Thank you again!!

Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with! I am relocating from out of state which made it tricky to be there to see homes in person as they hit the market. Mike was really creative about helping me virtually and I trusted him completely to give me his perspective on the ones I couldn’t see myself. While moving can be stressful (especially in this market), Mike has made the whole process painless and I’d recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Kelsey and I were fortunate to have Michael on both ends of the buying and selling experience. When it came to finding a new home, Michael was available when our schedule permitted. He was current with his research, was able to efficiently point out all pros and cons of the home, and found us the home we were looking for in two short weeks. He made the closing process simple and short.

When it came time to sell the current home we were living, we hit a few hiccups with some of the offers. But Michael was there every step of the way. He provided guided expertise to assist in decision making processes. We were prepared to take a loss on the home to avoid unnecessary double mortgage, but with Michael's time, energy, and effort we actually came out ahead and made a profit.

Michael provided valuable insight, educated us on our decisions, and ultimately had a major win on both the buying and selling of two homes.

Highly recommended for any future real estate needs/wants!! Thanks again Michael!

My wife and I were looking to purchase a home in Mt Washington and Mike came highly recommended from a friend who also had enlisted his services. While I had several realtor acquaintances I took up the advice from my friend and gave Mike a call. After our first phone consult I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of the city market and professionalism. I immediately got the sense that he had our best interest at heart and was not in it just to make a quick buck. Although it took some time to find our home Mike's patience and client fist approach made us extremely comfortable with the homebuying process. I sold my home of 16 years with Mike Fielder this summer. The process from start to finish was less than 2 months and while I imagine there are always bumps in the road with selling a home, Mike made it as smooth as possible. He was excellent to work with, he knows the Baltimore market, and helped me to make good decisions that lead to a successful sale. He was responsive to all my needs, questions and concerns. I have never sold a home before so it was incredibly helpful to have someone so patient and experienced to walk me through this process. I highly recommend Mike for your realtor needs!!

Mike Fielder was excellent as our real estate agent when buying our new home recently. This is a tough market for buyers at the moment and he was on top of everything. This is our third house we have purchased and he is hands down the best real estate agent we have had. He listens to you, is prompt with communication, and accepts feedback well. He knows the market and is honest with his assessments. Super friendly too. I highly recommend him. Looking forward to using him to sell our house.

Highly likely to recommend 02/26/2017 - DaveCockey Sold a Townhouse home in 2017 for approximately $325K in Riverside, Baltimore, MD. 11/30/2016 - Mary-Krystyne Burgess Showed home in 2016 in Baltimore, MD. Mike was an absolute joy to work with. He was funny but focused, and helped make the house hunt fun! He pointed out things that I never would've thought of on my own. Not to mention, with being a native DC resident, I knew some but not everything about Baltimore. While I ultimately decided to postpone buying investment property for personal reasons, I plan on using Mike in the future when we are ready to invest. Mike was very knowledgeable not only of the real estate market, but the school ratings throughout Baltimore. We were able to discuss properties not only in the downtown/inner harbor/federal hill/canton/little italy area, but also in the Northwestern Roland Park/Evergreen/Cross Keys area. I had a low budget, pretty specific needs, and was traveling abroad during much of the process and Mike took it all in stride and was incredibly helpful every step of the way. Laid back not pushy, but always responsive and on top of everything. Overall things couldn't have gone more smoothly. ! Mike has a great deal of personal experience buying and renovating homes in Baltimore and was a wealth of information for me. He made excellent recommendations for local contractors and arranged and attended inspections for me, going above and beyond what the average realtor would do.
