Highly likely to recommend 02/26/2017 - DaveCockey Sold a Townhouse home in 2017 for approximately $325K in Riverside, Baltimore, MD. 11/30/2016 - Mary-Krystyne Burgess Showed home in 2016 in Baltimore, MD. Mike was an absolute joy to work with. He was funny but focused, and helped make the house hunt fun! He pointed out things that I never would've thought of on my own. Not to mention, with being a native DC resident, I knew some but not everything about Baltimore. Mike was able to teach me some new things and gave me some great advice for the future. While I was unable to purchase, im hoping to work with Mike again! He comes HIGHLY recommeneded

11/03/2016 - user3089095 Showed home in 2016 in Baltimore, MD. I used Mike as a buyer's agent for purchasing investment property in Baltimore. While I ultimately decided to postpone buying investment property for personal reasons, I plan on using Mike in the future when we are ready to invest. Mike was very knowledgeable not only of the real estate market, but the school ratings throughout Baltimore. We were able to discuss properties not only in the downtown/inner harbor/federal hill/canton/little italy area, but also in the Northwestern Roland Park/Evergreen/Cross Keys area. He was very punctual, responsive, and articulate. I would recommend him without hesitation
