Working with the people from finest homes network was exhausting but that was due to a quick closing my home was listed four days later my house was under contract and sold 2 weeks later.

Matt A & David H are the greatest EVER! Absolutely my new besties! I worked with Matt to purchase a new home. He was super patient in my home search! He walked me through every step and always had a through answer-even when I asked the same question twice! It took 6 months, 3 offers & lots of showings to get an acceptance. Throughout that whole time Matt was always VERY responsive, knowledgeable & caring! I worked with David, to list my old house. He was super easy to work with! He & Matt came to the house a couple months before I wanted to list to go over the process, give opinions & contractor contacts! He was very strategic in list price and well researched on the comps in the area! He throughly went through the SIX offers! explaining the pro's & con's of each so I could make an informed decision!

Mike was the first realtor to call even though it would be months before I actually planned to move. Due to health issues, I didn't want to show my house and I wanted to sell it as is. He was extremely patient with me and actually had an offer in a matter of days. We decided not to put it on the market until mid January as I was moving in March. He brought 2 fantastic offers in early January and one offer was much, much more than I could have ever thought possible! Mike got the contract signed right away and my move date never changed. He coordinated the title company and what I had to do to the house before I moved out. It was the easiest process ever!

His direction was great for what needed to be done and what we should not do. This was a great help to us for preparing the house for sale and how to show it at it’s the best.
