Mike was the first realtor to call even though it would be months before I actually planned to move. Due to health issues, I didn't want to show my house and I wanted to sell it as is. He was extremely patient with me and actually had an offer in a matter of days. We decided not to put it on the market until mid January as I was moving in March.
