What a ride! Mike Grant was relentless. He not only sold our House but he found us another to buy in a market that was lacking. He was loyal and responded very quickly to our calls. In fact he became what I call a true friend. This man followed us from Interstate 20 and north anywhere we wanted to look for a home. Never complained. This hunt we went on will most likely be that one he/we will never forget. Every hurdle, he leaped over like a gazelle. Thanks Mike you’re the best!

Mike Grant initially began as my realtor, but over time, he became a trusted friend. A year ago, I relocated to the Fort Payne area with the intention of renting to get a feel for the region. Unfortunately, rental options were scarce, prompting me to explore purchasing instead. Serendipitously, Mike was the listing agent for the first house I visited. His extensive knowledge of the area guided my search, and we explored five different places throughout the FPY region. Unexpectedly, a rental house became available, and I decided to take that option. Mike assured me that if I ever wanted to resume my search, I could give him a call. Fast forward one year, and I found myself looking again. Mike showed me a few properties, and the second one ultimately became my new home. I highly recommend Mike if you’re in need of a realtor. 🏡🔑
