Mike’s professional experience includes over 12 years as a full-time Realtor working in Salida, Buena Vista, Howard, Cotopaxi and most of Chaffee County. He enjoys working with a variety of clients from first time home buyers to experienced real estate investors his recent transactions include the sale of an apartment building in Salida, several river front properties, homes for first time homeowners in Salida, several vacant land sales and homes with acreage. I am currently listing homes and land for sale in Salida, Buena Vista and Fremont and Saguache Counties. I am a licensed broker in Colorado and the owner of Colorado Mountain Realty. Real estate is my full-time job and available 7 days a week. Aside from real estate, he likes spending time with my wife, and 2 young boys, and dog Lucy. He enjoys many of the activities which drew people to Salida in the first place, such as rafting, mountain biking, hiking, camping, Frisbee-golf, rock climbing, birdwatching, fly-fishing, Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University, spent 3 years working for Boulder County computer services and over 10 years as a river guide in Colorado and Idaho.
