I have used Mike as a realtor twice now, once for the selling/buying of a home for me and once for selling my parent’s home. He sold both homes quickly and for a great price. Communication was wonderful. I would use him as my realtor time and time again and recommend him when ever I can.

Mike dove head first into my unique situation. He made sure that I was taken care of and made sure to follow up numerous times to check in on me. I appreciated his honesty and never once sugar coated anything when I was navigating so much on my own. He was optimistic and compassionate. Definitely recommend!

Mike is all around one of the best individuals we have ever met. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Fort Wayne and listened to everything we asked for regarding our home search. He found Exactly what we asked for and more! We had some hiccups throughout the buying process that were very stressful and Mike went WAY BEYOND his realtor role to make sure my family was able to get their dream home. He put in hours of extra work with his many connections in Fort Wayne to get us in our home before Christmas. Mike treated us like family through our buying process and that was priceless. He deserves more than 5 stars!

Mike is a true GEM! (Goes the Extra Mile) From the moment I let him know I was interested in a property, he was all over it, from getting me info to arranging me to see it, to writing the offer and closing the deal! I now have a great property with so many uses! Highly recommended and for those of you in Public Safety; there is no better realtor to work with. Working with Mike to purchase our house last month was a surprisingly fun and easy process. Dealing with paperwork, buyers, inspections, and everything else in between is nothing to get excited about, but we never felt stressed or overwhelmed with the process. Mike was always super quick to return calls and texts, and helped us get all the little things arranged. He’s very knowledgeable in construction and utilities, so he was able to point out things in houses we visited that we would have otherwise missed completely. All in all, working with Mike was a fun, engaging process, we felt like we were on HGTV, minus being butterfly farmers with a budget of 3.5 million dollars! Mike is an honest, hardworking, and all-around great guy to work with. You’ll be in good hands if you choose him as your realtor.
