Mike did a fantastic job in selling our house and went above and beyond by all measures.

We sold our house from overseas and Mike made it look so easy. We really had a very bad experience with our previous listing agent where we lost a significant amount of money without any results. We decided to rent the house instead of selling due to that experience but after speaking with Mike we changed our mind and we are so glad we did. Also, Mike sold our house in less than a week in the current market at a price we were willing to accept. At all times Mike kept us posted and he was gracious enough to handle some small repairs for us. I'll gladly spread the word among my friends & family.

Mike was our Realtor in selling our home in Communication Hill, San Jose. With our relocation to Canada just 4 weeks away Mike and his Partner Astar took on a huge challenge and executed flawlessly. From Home Staging, Cleaning exterior (full pressure wash + windows) and many HOA required home repairs, brought in all his expert resources to bare. Likewise his strategy around the Open House provided over 40 Showings in the 1st weekend. And all were completed without exception within our 4 week timeline. If you have ever been looking to buy a real estate property in the Bay Area, you must know how tedious and frustrating the process is. That is how we felt until Mike became our agent, and what a blessing he was! Super professional, gentle, and trustworthy! I totally agree. When working with other realtors, I simply couldn’t feel as reinsured that I’m in good hands as working with Mike. Take a look at the guy’s listing history and you will know what I’m talking about. All of them scream high-end and quality choice, even for starter homes. All of them were sold at incredibly good prices within several weeks.

Mike’s impressive records are backed by his incredible knowledge of marketing. He knows when to enter the market, how to create traffic, which gardener/stager/photographer & videographer crew to work with, what price to list and how to negotiate with buyers to maximize the profit. When picking his brains about dos and don’ts, you can always count on him to give you a decisive answer. And oh boy, did he always turn out to be right.

Over the years, we benefited a lot from working with Mike, as he continued to surprise us even when we thought we have run out of good things to say about him. Professional, diligent and honest, Mike Magen deserves your trust.

Mike helped sell my grandmas house in 2016. While all of us were grieving
