Mike McCurdy

Mike represents both buyers and sellers of residential real estate properties in San Diego and specializes in Point Loma. Mike’s goal is to take time to understand client needs so he can create the best possible personal and financial result for his clients. He aspires to make the process of buying or selling a home a positive and worthwhile experience. Mike has over 20 years of experience in sales and building client relationships and over 16 in real estate. He started his real estate career in 2002 as a loan officer for Pulte Homes/ Pulte Mortgage, the nation’s largest homebuilder. After transitioning to the new home sales team, he spent the next six years as a top producer for Southern California, “Top Gun” member (top 5% achievers nationwide), and Sales Manager for San Diego area. Mike and his wife Allison live and thrive in Point Loma, where they are committed to building local community and business. As former owners of The Bar Method in Liberty Station, they have spent many years building businesses together. After 11 years operating the studio, Allison has shifted gears to support Mike's efforts in real estate. They spend their spare time with their two boys, Jet & Cole. Both California natives, Mike and Allison believe there is no better place to raise a , live, work, and play than San Diego.
