She was very professional and helped us look at different houses, and ultimately helped us get connected with a builder and we built a new home. She was there to help with the whole process. Mike and Polly Figueroa are knowledgeable, kind and two of the hardest working people you will ever meet! Polly told me the best money I would ever spend was for a home inspection and boy was she right. During the inspection process we discovered a faulty electrical panel and major sewer line issues to the tune of $15-$20,000. This lead to me to finding the home I purchased. I loved that even though they put a lot of time and effort into my first offer that didn’t pan out, they worked even harder to help me find and negotiate the purchase of my first home. They were always quick to answer my questions, emails, texts and phone calls. They calmed my fears about home ownership and were always very encouraging. Thank you Mike and Polly!

Mike and Polly Figueroa got the JOB DONE! We owned a missile silo that required a special buyer. We had tried to sell the property previously. Once with a company that specialized in missile silos and under ground properties. We even had our own web site for several years. Mile and Polly got us the publicity to find that buyer with in two weeks. Then when certain problems were found at the site, they brought in the knowledgeable people to fix the them. Mike and Polly worked tirelessly with multiple long travel times to supervise the work. It was enjoyable to work with such enthusiastic, cheerful and pleasant people.

Mike and Polly were great to work with. We discussed and made a plan to sell our home quickly and for at least the asking price. We got two offers and approximately 20 families walked through the property. We had the house sell within a week of being on the market. Polly will direct you to make your house as clear as possible and put boxes out of sight. We appreciated this when it came time for us to move because the boxes were already in one main location and easier to load into the moving cubes. Mike is very calm and great in the negotiation process. They both helped us in navigating our out of state move and concerns with a property we were considering. Mike and Polly are a great team!

I worked with Mike to sell my parent's rentals (a 4 plex, 4 houses & a commercial warehouse with multiple renters) within 6 months. These properties had not been well cared for and needed TLC or DIY. Mike did research on the properties' worth, history, and priced at current values. He is able to use the team to consult others and verified values for the commercial property. There was a lot of communication, he knew how to search for buyers during COVID, and found investors. He explained things to my parents and worked with me to ensure things were lined up and able to move forward. Very reliable and trustworthy!

We’ve used Mike and Polly Figuroa twice now. Once to sell our home in 2019, and again to buy our new home in 2021. (We rented in the interim to save for the new home) They have been fantastic, knowledgeable, and extremely well connected in Lincoln. They were able to sell our old home immediately and for a great price and get us into our new home without any inconvenience. They had things figured out perfectly and I (generally being a person that stays on top of thing) found that they always had things taken care of before I could have a chance for concern. Will use them for life. Could not imagine using anyone else.

When we listed our home for sale, Mike and Polly kept us updated on showings and feedback in real time.
