Mike Vieira, was very professional in his work for us as a realtor. He helped us navigate various conditions that arose with the sale of the house. When Mike listed the house, the prospective buyers were there to view the house and we had a very legitimate offer immediately. It was a clean deal and we closed on the house within five weeks of the initial listing. Mike was there every step of the way to reach out to the other realtor and buyers to make sure everything progressed expediently and take the burden of potential snags off of our shoulders. I would highly recommend Mike Vieira to anyone looking to sell there home and I am sure he would be an asset to anyone looking to buy a home also!!!

I cannot tell you how much Mike Vieira impressed me with his knowledge of the multi-family real estate market in the area. His greatest attribute is his "emotional IQ" ... which is how well someone deals with the twists and turns of an interaction (the sales transaction) and all of the personalities involved (including mine). Mike handled many issues with in-place tenants, other real estate agents, prospective buyers, and others involved with professionalism and tact that kept the process on track despite the many unexpected roadblocks.

Mike was heaven sent when selling my mothers home. He was extremely professional and very attentive to our needs. He had multiple offers within days of listing the home. He helped my senior mother navigate all the paperwork and took the time to explain everything to us in detail so that she knew exactly what was happening. He even treated my entire family with great seats to a Pirate game when we were in town. He’s an awesome individual and a super realtor!!

Where should I start? Mike hung in there with us for a few years while we decided our out-of-state move to Pittsburgh! He guided us through one of the most difficult housing markets from several states away. He was always willing to go visit a house for us (most times even that same day) and send us videos as he walked through. In his videos, he would point out details of the home that he could've easily skipped over without us being there in person. Great communication, very trustworthy, and a fun person to work with! Highly recommend Mike! :)

but exceptional service we received from Michael on our home purchase. Since we are in a different state and our purchased home was in Pennsylvania He took the time to take videos and send them to us on every home we wanted to see , very knowledgeable of the area specially schools a plus, very patient , professional and always available at any time day or night.
