Mike helped us buy and sell in the middle of the holiday season and in the middle of a pandemic. He was always considerate, had safe practices in place and helped keep our family safe. We were able to get multiple offers well over our asking price in a short time. Buying and selling is always stressful, but he made it as easy and painless as possible. Mike helped us with a complicated move from Toronto to the Cleveland area during Covid and a closed border. My wife was unable to cross the border and travel to Cleveland to look at homes, so we had to help her tour homes via Facetime Video on our phones. We were successful in finding our new home, and Mike was very helpful in getting us connected with key local vendors like Insurance Agents and Title companies. Mike is the man. We were having a hard time finding a house in our price range that fit our needs.

He set us up with a portal that fit specific criteria. And took us through 11 homes over 2 days. Dude is a champ, and so patient as we struggled to figure out what was actually a deal breaker for us.

Also, he seriously helped us figure out what needed to be done to make the house safe and livable after the inspection. Being first time home buyers, there were tons of things that we thought were a big deal, that turned out to be minor, and tons of things that were a huge issue, that we would have overlooked in a second. He was our advocate in the truest sense of the word.

If you don't go with Mike Vonderau, I guess all I can say is, best of luck with whatever realtor you go with, and I hope you don't end up regretting it later. You won't regret having an advocate like Mike.

I highly recommend Mike, for his real estate expertise as well as his ability to respectfully and patiently work with clients as they navigate the life changes that a move can bring. Mike met with my 80+ year old parents over a year before they put their home of 40+ years on the market. He provided them with advice on how to best prepare their home for the market and made himself available for the many questions they had. He never pushed them and won their trust in his guidance. When the home was put on the market it sold within two weeks, and Mike did an excellent job to ensure they received a good price with the considerations and timing that met their needs. Mike helped me prepare for the sale and guided me on what factors will impact the the sale and the asking price. After several months of hard work Mike came back to see the completed Condo and we raised our asking price by $9k. The condo went on the market and the first buyer that viewed it made an offer and ultimately purchased it for the asking price as a cash deal. What more can you ask for! Mike and his team work hard to make the sale and transition as smooth as possible working me through a Trust my dad left me that had a few hurdles but we got through. Thanks again Mike great job, we will be revisiting next year for the prep and sale of my home in Fairview Park.
