Mikhaele really knows the market in Rockford, and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the property in shape for showing. We live out of town, and she lined up all sorts of people to do all sorts of things for us, even found someone to do an estate sale that ended up bringing in the couple who eventually bought the house. The house we sold with her help was an estate that needed updating and a new roof. We ended up dropping the price a lot, but I felt that both the price she suggested initially, the two price adjustments along the line, and the final price were reasonable, given the condition of the property. She did her best to get us the best price, but it just didn't happen. Very good at keeping us in the loop about what was happening, not pressuring us on decisions, even going out to the house herself to tend to various things that we couldn't manage from out of town. Super professional on working with colleagues and seeing to all the other technicalities involved in the sale. Very personable. We recommend her highly! Pam D. -- From Zillow
