I was introduced to Mikki from a family member. Let me tell you, she did NOT disappoint. My mother had unexpectedly passed away and I was left to deal with everything. Selling her house was one. Mikki explained how the process would work and kept me up to date every step of the way. She had a goal of when she would have the house sold. We sold the house around the exact time she said we would. I can't thank Mikki enough for all the help and support during that time.

Mikki is a great Realtor. I have purchased a home with her, and she helped make the process easy! At the open house we attended where we met Mikki, she had a mortgage broker on site! Talk about all in one service!!

A few years later, when it was time to sell our rental property, Mikki was the first call I made. Even though she suggested we try to sell the house ourselves, we ended up working with her to help us make the improvements necessary to sell. She walked us thru all the steps, staged the house and helped us sell!

Mikki is always there when I’m tired of living in Illinois and considering selling my current house and moving to Florida. She helps me consider all the things, how much can I afford, what area do we want to live in, have we researched school districts? This is the service you can come to expect working with a pro!

And have I mentioned that she is super friendly, funny, creative and the nicest person you will ever meet? She loves her profession, her community and her family (especially her puppies!).
