Milap did an excellent job by helping me found a lovely first time home for my husband and I. We moved from out of state and Milap was very reliable when it came down to home selection, finding one that truly matches with what we wanted, and was always ready to go to the site and take a tour, send pictures, whenever we were not available to do so.

Milap always stayed in touch. He educated my husband and I on what to look for during the home buying process, helped us get connected with the mortgage approval team and guided me on every step. He was always there for us.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! PATEL IS THE MAN FOR THE JOB!! My husband and I have been searching and searching for months with another realtor. I happen to stumble across Patel in search of a home under his listing but it was already under contract. In that one conversation we had with Patel about the listing, we realized it wasn't about money for this guy. Patel was energetic, persistant and made the time for us. FINALLY, WE FOUND SOMEONE THAT CARED! We knew he was our guy and decided to hire Mr.Patel as our realtor. The same day he set us up with an appointment to see two houses. Out of the two, we decided to put an offer on the one we really liked. We just knew that we wouldn't get approved in this crazy market where your having to out bid the next person etc. Well, not even 2 days had past, Patel called us and told us that our bid was accepted. It's been 30 days and today 05/06/22 at 2pm, my husband and I will be closing on our lovely home that Mr. Patel helped us find.

Let me start by just saying that I have never had a buying experience that has been so seamless, stress-free, and easy. This market is absolutely crazy right now, and we went into it thinking we were going to have to settle or deal with less than stellar service from agents because of the buying frenzy. Not so with Milap. He treated us with such courtesy and knowledge and truly worked hard to make sure we found the house that we really wanted. Milap is a master negotiator; not only did he find our home but he was able to negotiate items we thought would be declined by the seller. And then he made sure to help us through all the intricacies
