Mildred M. Valentin and Mark Collazo, the mother and son dream team, are very conscientious. They are very professional and experienced in real estate. Mildred and Mark faced a challenge when the buyer's agent and the home mortgage lender were not cooperating to meet the goals of a quick closing. They walked the extra mile to ensure that we closed and got to the finish line AS SOON AS IT WAS HUMANLY POSSIBLE under the circumstances. We chose not to attend the closing, but Mildred was more than happy to hand-deliver the keys for us to the new owners. I highly recommend Mildred and Mark for your real estate team.

When I first met Millie she was all smilies. She took the time to get to know me and listen to whatever concerns I had especially after having a negative experience with another agent I had listed with first.
