Millie is a great broker! I have just started in real estate in 2020 when the pandemic just started. Millie has always been there to help guide me to succeed in real estate. She has always been readily available when I have questions, even on weekends and evenings. I decided to join Millie's brokerage because you are not just a number with Millie and her training is hands on which I love. I have been lucky enough to be able to go into real estate full time as of 2021 and I could have not done it without Millie's support!

She always responds and takes over issues that cannot be solved by agents and always available to listen to you, assist you in any way she can and shares her experience. Moving is statistically one of the most stressful and difficult tasks to achieve as an adult but with the help of Millie Brockmeyer, buying my first house was smoother than anticipated. She provided answers to my concerns and provided thorough information with each step of the process. Genuinely felt like a team effort, and the fact that she went out of her way to teach me about the process as a whole was phenomenal. Throughout the entire journey she was dedicated to the search working day and night, even weekends! Incredibly helpful when it came to the closing procedures especially since there were some issues with the house desired. Issues regarding electrical and some other cosmetics interior and exterior to the house. Millie was not only diligent during this process but extremely knowledgeable and willing to teach me. The knowledge she provided will make my next home purchase something I look forward to in the near future. Especially as a veteran I greatly appreciated their knowledge on how to go about VA and home buying as a whole. 10/10 would recommend!

Millie was a great help when it came time to purchase a home. We are a young couple and this was the first home we purchased. Millie, was there to offer guidance, show us properties, help us with the walkthrough and helped us close. She explained all the financing and helped educate us more. While we have purchased our first home now, I have no doubt that Millie will always willingly help us or answer any questions for us. Thank you Millie.

Millie in my opinion is the best agent out there. With her years of experience and tough negotiation skills I don't think I would have been above to purchase my home and sell my home. The buyers for my home as unbelievable and I wish we can interview buyers before accepting their offers but regardless Millie's skills shows she has thick skin and she will fight for your protection. I saw and heard it with my own ears. I was moving from NJ and she went to see homes that I loved and I didn't see it until we closed but I trusted her. She kept saying its scary because literally she was making the decision for us but she did an awesome job and after a few offers submitted she really bent over backwards for us. We walked into the home and I was like WOW, I love it. Almost felt like it was part of those HGTV shows. Listen I never write reviews on anything but I begged Millie to send me a link. She said she never ask for it because her clients always comes back or people refer her but I felt the need to do it. She is amazing. God continues to bless her because she is good people. Don't search for anyone else, call Millie. See picture of where my new place is. Amazing paradise.
