Mina is a lifetime resident of the South Bay and knows our communities well. Mina's goal is to provide honest, sincere and personal service. She believes in a straightforward approach to real estate based on the old-fashioned principles of hard work, clear and concise communication, uncompromising honesty and sincere desire to help her clients. Mina has been with Ken Nakaoka Co since obtaining her license in 2004. She is a hands-on agent and will manage the entire transaction, keeping a vigilant watch through every step of the way.
She is very committed and involved in the community and real estate industry. She is an elected official in the City of Gardena, having been elected in 2013 to the office of City Clerk. She has served as Past Chair of the City of Gardena Planning Commission, Past President of the Gardena YWCA and a member of the Gardena Kiwanis Club. She is 2019 Past President of the South Bay Association of Realtors - 5,000 members strong - and selected in 2019 as Realtor of the Year for the South Bay Association of Realtors and past Chair of the Government Affairs Committee. In 2014 she received the prestigious Woman of the Year award from the State of California Assembly District 62. She conducts business under the Realtors Code of Ethics.
