Mindy DeMott

Mindy found her home in Santa Fe in 1994. She has been with Coldwell Banker since 2005. Santa Fe has so much to offer. She loves to golf, ski, and a member of the Museum of New Mexico Foundation. She currently serves on the Santa Fe Association of Realtors Education Committee and was Chair in 2008. She served in the past as the Co-Chair for the Multiple Listing Service Committee.

She has her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation, RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist) AHWD (At Home with Diversity) training from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and NAR’s Green Designation.

She is very excited about the changes in our industry of “Going Green”. Green is a philosophy of interconnected ideas and choices resulting in reduced environmental impact on society. She is becoming more knowledgeable in energy efficiency and sustainability. She can better serve my clients understanding of and desire for “green” attributes and lifestyles.

Mindy is also a member of Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) and have served as President (2011) Vice- President (2010) & Program Director (2009).

Her community is important to her, so she does volunteer work at the Santa Fe Animal Shelter. She has enjoyed participating in the Annual Pet Parade and Barkin’ Ball. She helped with animals during the 2011 Fire Season with evacuated pets. She also helps post-surgery at the clinic, on “The Beach”.

She has worked on several homes with Habitat for Humanity. WCR participates in building affordable housing every May for the Women’s Build. She is pretty good with a hammer and saw.
