I absolutely LOVED working with Kristin as my real estate agent!! I recently closed on my first home and it truly would not have happened without her. I started my home buying journey in the beginning of March, and was actually working with a different real estate agent. I had met Kristin at an open house my first weekend in town (when I was without my former real estate agent), and she followed up afterwards to connect and say hi. As we continued to talk, she and I connected personally and I realized she TRULY wanted to see me get everything I wanted (and more) in my first home. She did not just want to sell me a house to sell me a house and cross it off her list- she wanted me to feel comfortable, confident, and excited about my purchase - she truly cared about finding me what I wanted. As soon as I made these realizations, I made the switch to her as my real estate agent. It was the best decision I made throughout this process. She genuinely listened and took into consideration what was important to me, and those then became important to her. She made this process (in an insane market) enjoyable, did not let me get discouraged when things didn't work out with homes, and reminded me this would happen and we would get me into a home I loved! I cannot even tell you how many showings we went to (she may be able to), but amidst bidding wars, houses going under contract before we even could write an offer or see them, seeing homes that didn't check off my list of priorities, or just simply homes I just didn't like- Kristin stuck with me. She remained encouraged after each showing that we were going to find what I wanted - even when I doubted it. She was tremendously helpful, and educational throughout this process. I am a single female, first time home-buyer and I asked a LOT of questions (and some very dumb ones)...but Kristin always answered them thoroughly and in terms I could understand! Anytime she saw a new listing pop up, she would text it to me and if I was interested, she booked the first available appointment and would meet me there. She was incredibly communicative (even would text me late at night), and truly helped me through this process. Rarely did a day or two go by that we didn't talk. We would review my priorities, talk about where maybe I would possibly have to flex, and she even got me to expand my horizons a little bit about what I wanted and could own. Originally, I only wanted to look at townhomes, but we expanded that search and now I have a beautiful home with a fenced in yard, beautiful deck, and everything and more that I wanted. She got me there - not in a pushy way, but shared with me opening my search would help me get all of the other things I wanted and give us more options - she was truly looking out for me! Overall, I genuinely do not know how to properly thank her, as I am now in an incredible home that I didn't have to compromise anything of my wants/needs at all - and even ended up getting more than I wanted. I cannot recommend Kristin enough as a real estate agent, she truly went above and beyond at all times! I am also certainly grateful this process gave me a tremendous bonus in I now have a friend in town as well! I cannot wait to have her over for puppy play dates and drinks on my beautiful new back porch! Thank you Kristin

Loved working with Mindy and the Hoover team! Mindy went over and above trying to sell our house! She held two open houses (in one weekend) and posted very large advertising flags in our yard and neighborhood entrance where even our neighbors were impressed and said we should have charged admission because there were over 50 cars in one day! It worked because we ended up having 12 offers and the house went $20,000 over asking 😊
