Mindy’s energetic, reliable, and hardworking nature offers her clients an outstanding level of customer service. Her marketing experience, in harmony with her spirit for community, has guided her to a lively career in real estate. Mindy thrives on community involvement and has dedicated time to volunteering with the Food Bank of Siouxland; The First Tee; RAGBRAI; Siouxland Humane Society; Salvation Army; Big Brothers Big Sisters; Camp High Hopes; Red Cross; school PTA- including Junior Achievement Organizer; past committee member of the Pride of Sioux City Business Beautification Award; active in local Chamber of Commerce events; PowHer Women’s Network group; Designer for several years at The Crittenton Centers Design and Dine event; Designers at WinterFest Holiday Light Display for the YMCA; Creator of the GO University program with SCGO, and longtime member and continued supporter of Sioux City Growth Organization (SCGO) now called Siouxland GO; . Mindy has also been an active volunteer in times of natural disasters. She has traveled to Houston, TX for flood relief following Hurricane Harvey; gone to Hornick, IA several times during their recent major flood event; and helped in Sioux Falls, SD following a major tornado. Mindy looks forward to helping others in need in the future.

Outside of work, Mindy enjoys boating, gardening, cooking, and making creative projects. She and her husband are proud parents to three busy young boys. They all love hanging out with friends and family. Mindy is known by her clients and colleagues alike for her creativity, perseverance, honesty and fairness.
