I would recommend Mindy Rampa to anyone trying to sell or buy a house. She is the most committed, loyal, and hard working person I have ever worked with. Mindy, not only sold our house, but also found us our townhouse we were looking for. During the sell of our house, Mindy was in constant contact with us, providing updates and pushing a difficult buyer to completion. She made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with by just being there any time we needed her. She told us that she is never not working and she meant it. We had complete trust in Mindy to get the job done and she did it.

Mindy was very professional and knowledgeable. She had knowledge of all surrounding areas. We had questions about football she wasn’t completely sure what the district offered… but she reached out to locals and got us the info we requested. Mindy went above and beyond. Our family now considers her a friend. She is so personable and relatable. She even got our 13 year old to converse with her and that is not an easy feat.

Mindy was knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole home buying process. Moving from out of state can be daunting and complex, but Mindy provided excellent guidance and we managed to buy just what we were looking for at a reasonable price in a very competitive market. Highly recommend.
