In 2019 we were planning to sell our house in Herndon to relocate closer to grandchildren. Had lived there 30 years, so you can imagine how much we had collected! Mindy Thunman met with us in the fall of 2018 to go thru our home to help us decide how to prepare it for the sale. She asked our budget, then helped us prioritize the steps. We got to work. When I had questions, I texted Mindy and she responded quickly. With her direction, we were ready to sell by summer of 2019. She walked through our home again to see our progress and to set the asking price/ sign the listing agreement. The house went on the market on a Thursday in mid August and we had 10 showings almost immediately; we got multiple offers between Friday night and the scheduled open house on Sunday. We accepted an offer for $15,000 above asking price after Mindy helped us compare the offers, and went to settlement mid September. Mindy was a friendly advisor who was available with professional suggestions and guidance throughout. I would definitely recommend Mindy Thunman as your next realtor!

Mindy is the BEST! I met her over 10 years ago and called her up for advice. Not only did she remember me, but she helped guide me through selling my condo in VA when I was living in FL. Mindy has been responsive but never over bearing and helpful in all areas of this process, from a walk through of my townhouse to make sure I not forgetting anything as I prepare to sell but also not doing too much.
