Miogene has to be the best around. She went above and beyond to sell our property in Justin. This was a very unique property with few comps, and in need of some pretty serious work. She took the lead working with the contractor, which was great since I live out of the area. We ended up getting a great price with very little time on the market. Back in 2004 my budget for purchasing a house was so low that I couldn’t find a single realtor that would take me on as a client but Miogene was more than happy to help me. She is highly experienced and helps you make wise decisions when purchasing. She will also answer questions you have even after your closing. Miogene Alexander is an outstanding realtor. She knows her market and takes good cares off her clients. She is professional, honest, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable of the real estate business. She gives great advice so that you can make the best decision. I know this because I had sold 6 investment properties in the Fort Worth area in the last 5 to 7 years with Miogene's help.
