About Miranda

Growing up in Texas and spending 13 years working for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) until relocating to the Alabama Gulf Coast in 2011, Miranda McGregor began her real estate career in Baldwin County, Alabama in areas of real estate consulting and sales in 2017. She brings a wealth of disaster assistance knowledge to her clients and community members by assisting with education and understanding of the disaster assistance process. She also held a Lunch N Learn session at Baldwin Realtors just after Hurricane Sally in 2020 to provide instruction on the FEMA disaster declaration and application process for membership. Miranda also manages multiple Facebook groups/pages during disasters to assist residents of Baldwin County with disaster information/knowledge to help navigate the FEMA application process.

Miranda is the qualifying broker of the Advantage Real Estate Robertsdale, Alabama branch office, which opened in February 2020. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Alabama Association of Realtors, and the Baldwin County Association of Realtors. She is a Reverse Mortgage Specialist and holds certifications for C2EX and e-Pro. Miranda also serves as the Baldwin Realtors MLS Committee Chairperson for 2022 and as an elected member of the Baldwin Realtors Board of Directors.

Hands down the best realtor around. We ran Miranda all around Baldwin County, she never hesitated. On a whims notice we would find a for sale by owner and she’s was arranging a time that day to view. We told her our needs for a home and she found us the most perfect house. Miranda is super knowledgeable and if I had a question for her she didn’t have an answer to she found someone that did. I can’t suggest a better realtor. Thank you, Miranda!

Miranda McGregor went above & beyond all expectations imaginable. I started looking for a home just as the Covid pandemic began. With many foreseen and unforeseen obstacles she made this happen for me with lots of knowledge, determination and love. As my realtor, she completed her job, but continued to support me with new homeowner tasks. Miranda ROCKS!
