So I was actually working on getting a house with another lender. I guess they failed to do the verification on previous jobs and was requiring me now to do higher closing cost/downpayment to close the house.

Me as an introvert and people pleaser, that would just agree to the lender and pay because I don’t wanna argue even we signed a specific amount already and now asking 5K more.

that’s where I know I have to call for help and not do this alone anymore. Thank goodness MIREYA is great at what she do.
You need mireya in your business. She will tackle and jump through hurdles with you to get you a better deal. She will make sure the price of what you pay is sound of what you are getting. she gets you credits you didn’t even know you can get. She truly cares not just for the business but on how you are going to live after, making sure you don’t blow your finances you could’ve saved.
She will advise and give you options. In the end of the day, I truly think it brings her the outmost joy helping people to get a place they can call HOME.
