Mish is a phenomenal real estate agent and amazing person. She helped us and led us every step of the way to getting our dream house not only once but twice. Back in 2017 my family and I were looking for a home coming from Westchester county and Mish got us our home in no time at an amazing price. She was very delightful and professional throughout the whole process. Mish made it happen even with our tight accommodations and budget. Fast forward to last year I got engaged and me and my fiancé were looking for the perfect home and I couldn’t help but remember Mish and her dependability. Mish was extremely patient with us and was persistent on getting us the home we really wanted. Our schedules were rocky she always managed to find a time that worked for us and was always on time to every showing. She had every single detail we needed to know about the property, the schools and resources in the area. The last thing I want to mention is her generosity. It is unmatched. Mish countlessly has done generous gestures like dinner for our family or furniture for our new home. As I said once Mish has been phenomenal to us and I would love for every home buyer to feel that same experience. I truly recommend anyone interested in buying a property to reach out to her, she will make it happen.

Mish is absolutely phenomenal. She was patient, excuse me she was extremely patient and superiorly knowledgeable, the consummate professional. She helped walk me through every step of the home buying process, a process that I believe scares thousands or people but she was able to put my mind at ease. I can be pretty exactic and had my own process on how and what I was thinking and Mish listened throughout and gave sound advice. This was my first home buying experience and to tell you the truth I might have backed out or stop shopping if it wasn't for Mish. She is kind, trustworthy and experienced to say the least. Mish has been very instrumental in this life changing event of mine and she definitely played a huge role. I have learned so much from her about this process and I am proud to say that I am now officially a happy homeowner. A few of my colleagues are now beginning their home buying process and I have assured them all if they go with Mish, they will be equivocally satisfied. Mish demonstrated such professionalism through the whole process from the first phone call until closing she has been a great guide, I got lucky. Every home buyer should have an agent like Mish.

Mish is the most amazing professional. I was very pleased with how cool, calm and collected she is. She was diligent and organized in scheduling properties to visit during our initial meeting and I was able to see several homes in one day. I attended an open house and fell in love with the home and Mish promptly followed up and submitted and negotiated an offer on my behalf. There came a point where the bank delayed approval and Mish jumped right in and got them moving. Any issue that arose during the process she approached head on. I appreciate her tenacity since it got me to closing. I’m officially a homeowner. Mish made the experience one of the best despite hurdles.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home in the Hudson Valley!!!

From the beginning, Mish was an absolute professional! She was always available to speak with us at any time during this new and stressful process. Mish reassured us that we followed the correct steps along the way. We never felt the pressure to make an offer on a house we did not 100% love! She was always patient during all the open houses we went to. When it came time and we found the house that we loved, she encouraged us to make a strong offer! She has a well rounded knowledge of the real estate market and what is necessary to become a homeowner in the Hudson Valley.  Mish coordinated with all respective parties (bank, attorneys, the town, seller etc.) to ensure deadlines were met. In the year that we worked with Mish, she took into account our needs and wants of a home and never steered us away from our dream! You won't be disappointed in having Mish as your agent!

We wanted to see a house and Mish set up the meeting really fast. We were not sure whether we should start looking for our another house since we had to sell the house we were living in. She took charge of both the transactions for us.

As a seller. we are very satisfied with her business and marketing skills. She gave us great advice on how to stage the house, gave us a very good and professional photographer who featured the highlights of our house. Considering our neighborhood had quite a few houses on sale and some foreclosures, we were still able to sell the house at a comfortable price. This was only possible due to the aggressive marketing and open house efforts she organized.  Her signs, fliers, open houses and advertisements were outstanding. She was readily available any time we needed to discuss plans. She worked with the buyer’s agent diligently to make sure the deal would not fall through. We would highly recommend Mish as a very dependable and hardworking real estate agent.

As a buyer, we are very satisfied with her business knowledge . Right from negotiating a great price for the house, to getting the best professionals (inspector, mortgage provider, and attorney) she patiently dealt with every issue. Mish persistently followed up with the seller’s agent every step of the way. There were a lot of negotiations that had to be done; there were some construction issues to some town issues (she did not hesitate to follow up with Town so we could wrap up in time). With her great knowledge of the area and keeping our needs in mind, she was very prompt in getting the appointments for any house that we wanted to see or that she felt would suit our needs. She is very punctual and hard working. She gave us good advice in choosing the right house. This is our second house and our experience with Mish was way better than the first house real estate agent. We would highly recommend Mish as a very dependable realtor.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sharmistha “Mish” when looking for my home.
From the first day Mish was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for.
