She is included, as well, among the top producing 1% of agents in the nation by “Real Trends” magazine. Missy has earned her reputation by putting the interests of her buyers and sellers first while working to build solid working relationships with her peers and other industry professionals.

Missy is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and a graduate of the Bolles School and Florida State University where she earned her Master’s Degree in Special Education. After teaching for a few years Missy opted to change course and follow her natural affinity for sales by entering the real estate business. Missy’s longevity in the industry is attributed to her broad experience and her considerable knowledge of the real estate market from Ponte Vedra Beach to Atlantic Beach and throughout the Jacksonville area. Missy’s long-lasting relationships with friends, co-workers, and clients have continued to enrich her life and she considers these to be the building blocks to her 99% referral-based business.

Missy lives in Ponte Vedra Beach with Dan, her husband of over 35 years. They spend time at home and on the beach with their dogs Bodie and Riley. Missy has contributed time and resources to many community and charitable organizations throughout the years. Missy loves to exercise, travel, and spend time with family and friends.
