She grew up in Wheeling, graduated summa cum laude from West Liberty University with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, and moved to Weirton in 2001. As a mother of two children, Missy has spent many years volunteering for Hancock and Ohio County schools. Missy is a passionate volunteer for children's and animal's causes, and loves to serve her community in any way that she can.
