From the very first time I spoke to Misty she was incredibly helpful, responsive, patient and compassionate. She was available to me any day and time and helped me get through the entire process from start to finish. I was a first time home buyer and needed a lot of guidance and assistance figuring out all the details of buying a home and she went above and beyond for me the entire time. It is very obvious that Misty cares about and takes care of her clients as much as she would her own family. She's was a true advocate for me and helped my home ownership dream become a reality. She will definitely be the agent I use again in the future for all my real estate needs and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a wonderful agent to utilize her services without hesitation.

Misty acted as the buyer's agent on my new home purchase. She also acted as the seller's agent when I sold my old home.

As a buyer's agent: She was available, enthusiastic, and tuned into what I was looking for. Most importantly, when I found a home I was really excited about (and now own), she helped me avoid a bidding war on a highly desireable property, and without offering an outrageously high price. She helped the entire process go smoothly, and she suggested a mortgage broker who was able to get me a .4% lower rate than anyone else I spoke with.

As a seller's agent: She helped me determine the appropriate price to list my home. It was a fair price that was still likely to generate significant interest and bring above asking price offers. Once the home was listed, we had multiple full-price offers the first day. She deftly managed the other realtors and was able to buy time to allow other offers to come in. This gained me almost 7% over the initial offers.

I would highly recommend Misty Anderson for either your new home purchase or your home sale transactions. She makes the process fun while also acting as a champion for her clients.
