I was referred to Misty and prior to contacting her, I did my own research. Let me just say, that she is a fantastic realtor! You can believe the reviews. From the day I met her, she hit the ground running to meet and exceed all my expectations. Misty is really competent and will educate you through the whole home buying process. Buying a home for the first time, can be very intimidating and scary, but with her providing information, meeting your needs and wants, it made the real estate process more comfortable. She was there to answer any questions or concern, even out the norm of regular business hours. Which helped me to feel secure and confident in my decision. Her and Vanna make a great team, and I couldn't imagine going through the process without them. If you're looking for a competent realtor, who will be honest, and help you purchase a good quality home. I personally refer Misty. I am positive it would be the same, if she were to sell your home too!

Having worked with Misty myself, I can attest that her work ethic is highly customer-focused. She'll do whatever it takes to make the deal happen. I know there's a lot of work done *behind the curtain* when dealing with a real estate transaction and Misty gets it DONE. Misty takes care to educate the people she's working with even when it doesn't benefit her. She truly cares about people and wants them to be as educated as she is when it comes to real estate and investments!

You won’t find a better realtor. Misty listens to you and doesn’t try to show you something out of your range. After your closing Misty doesn’t just disappear. I have never experienced the type of service from a realtor that she provides. She goes way above and beyond. We will only use her. 😀

Misty is phenomenal!! She met with me and truly listened to what my needs and wants in home were. She lined up several listings and showings for me to choose from. When I narrowed down to two listings she walked me thru “my” pros and cons on each, making my final selection a breeze. She negotiated extras on the purchase and walked me thru each step of the process and when I didn’t understand something, she would, with great patience walk me thru it until I did. She is a true “ride or die” for her clients. Would highly recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a home.

I had no knowledge or history with the home buying process but Misty was well versed in the process and led us through the process with poise and grace. She never became frazzled while we were panicked and uncertain of what was happening. She was available at any time we needed with no blackout days or hours. When we began the process, she listened to what we were looking for and ensured that our search met our requirements and our time was not wasted elsewhere. She did not focus solely on making a sale but on putting us in the home that WE wanted without shying away from the obstacles that may come. She has built a network of resources to utilize and connects home buyers with others to help them receive the best services they can. We loved her so much that we had our daughter use her for her first home buying experience as well. We knew that Misty would be patient, honest, and trustworthy and give her the same wonderful service that she provided us. There is no other realtor more devoted to their clients than Misty!

I never in my life thought that I would own a home. If it weren’t for Ms. Estes, I’d still be renting. She is 100% an advocate for the buyer. I had issues getting my VA loan certification and she worked tirelessly to get me through the process. Through her I was able to negotiate a much lower price on a new build than the seller was asking. She also alerted me to various rebates available to me due to my specific situation, which resulted in me getting into my house with no out of pocket expense!

Friendly, honest, direct.

My only regret is that I can only give Misty a 5 star review and not 6. I would never go with another realtor.

Misty was amazing ! She went above and beyond to help me sell my old house and buy a new house at the same time ! She wouldn’t let me give up , she would listen to my every word. She was there if I needed her. She was extremely knowledgeable and always had a Solution. She is very outgoing and friendly and her kindness shines on to whoever she meets. I am a mother of 3 and Misty worked around my crazy life and schedule with my work and kids. I wouldn’t have made the move if it wasn’t for her. Stop looking for another realtor, Misty Estes is the one you want to have in your corner. Moved from Tulsa Oklahoma to Pensacola Fl. And she was there with us every step. Misty went above and beyond to make the home buying process as stress free as possible. As a first time home buyer this process was very intimidating and Misty was able to walk me through each step with ease. She has amazing contacts with various companies that took the stress off of me trying to find a reputable business to get my inspections completed. She is very knowledgeable and persistent; I couldn’t have made it through this process without her.
