There is a million realtors out there. You could end up meeting with just about anyone but you're going to be really lucky if you end up meeting misty. I found her through Zillow , which to be honest hasn't always been a good experience for me. This is definitely the one positive thing I've gotten out of them. Misty is talented , she's has all the gadgets like a spy to find you the best home. We had been wondering about a vacant house for a minute now and she was able to get us some information on it and let me tell you that was not easy to do with that home. She was extremely patient with our situation and very understanding. She's also a lovely person and it's nice that you can just enjoy a conversation with her about being a mom and having kids. When finding a home as a family that's important to me that someone is a family person , she understood why I was so picky. I had to find what was best for my kids to thrive . Misty is well organized and on top of everything. I was getting updates every day about homes or any information I needed she was able to get within a few hours. I am not the most organized person at the moment but it's a huge help when someone can be on top of things for you when you only have few moments a day to yourself. She worked so well with our family and I always felt we had a good time joking around and checking out the homes and just chatting about our day. She definitely became a friend of ours and my son just adores her and we even got to watch him crawl for the first time at a house we were checking out lol. Misty is just awesome , she has the knowledge and determination to find you the perfect home and patience and kindness needed when things are stressful. Which in today's market , it's beyond stressful. We have made an offer on a home which she helped us with and we hope we get it so we are keeping our fingers crossed. We absolutely recommend her to anyone trying to find a home ❤️

If you're looking for a realtor who listens and cares, Misty is your realtor. She found me the perfect home. She was patient and attentive throughout my search, all remotely while I was in another state. When I moved in, I found out a groundhog had already taken up residence under the porch. Misty and her husband set up a live trap to relocate the big guy. How awesome is that?

Misty is an amazing lady! I am so thankful I met her!!!
She is a very kind and patient real estate agent. I met her a few months ago, still have not found a house. Not because of her, but because of me and she still contacts me to make sure everything is going well. She is just a great person all around! Misty was so great to work with! I can’t recommend her enough. At our first showing she came prepared with a folder of info for myself on the home as well as she had done her homework on the home before we had even met! Misty has been absolutely incredible since the first day of our house hunting journey. We were connected with Misty through Zillow and I couldn’t be more happy with her as our agent. From the very first home she showed us she arrived with a packet already printed out with all of the info and stats on the home, not only that but she took the time to do her own research on the home and made notes that were very helpful to us. It only took a few minutes to realize the house wasn’t for us, but we knew Misty was the agent we wanted on our side throughout this process.
Misty showed us a handful of houses over the course of a few weeks and every single time she came prepared. She had all the answers to our many questions and made the process so much easier on us. Once the time came that we found our home and we were ready to make an offer she was with us every step of the way answering questions, providing advice and explaining in details the things we didn’t understand, with this being our first house it was VERY much appreciated. The overall process was so much easier and stress free working with Misty. I have already told so many people about how wonderful our experience was with her and I will continue to only recommend her to anyone and everyone I can. Thank you so much Misty!
