Misty Greathouse

Misty Greathouse relocated from Northern Utah to Southern Utah in 2010 to help with her family's local restaurant. During her time in Southern Utah, she developed a love for real estate. Considering her 20 years’ experience in residential new construction and that her father is a Broker, it only seemed natural.

Misty joined Bryan Burnett at The Burnett Group with Century 21 Everest St. George, one of the most successful real estate teams in Southern Utah, as a Buyer's Agent and got a great start in the Real Estate industry by learning from her team.

In 2020, Misty earned her Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) Designation to further her education to help buyers, shortly after "The Greathouse Experience" was launched with the idea that every buyer deserves to have an exceptional Realtor when buying a home. In 2021, Misty went a step further and earned her Brokers license and in 2022 became the President for Women's Council of Realtors.

Misty specializes in finding homes for potential buyers, with her resources throughout the St. George Community she always finds a Great House for her clients.

Misty is constantly learning about what makes a great house. In 2020, she earned her General Contractor's license to further the services she is able to provide her clients with offering a buy and build approach to a market with little inventory.
