Misty Newsome is a go-getter! She sold our property within 1 week of listing. Though the first buyer was unable to get a loan, Misty got right on it and found a 2nd buyer again within a week. A few weeks later we were closed. Misty has a friendly, positive and professional personality. Most of all, she keeps you informed and gets back to you right away.

Misty is a wonderful person. Anytime I have a question on realestate or find something she may be interested in selling I contact her. she has always answered or got back to me in timely manner. If someone is looking for something in Cleveland she is my go to person. Misty always goes above and beyond what is required of her in realestate. She has been top listing and top selling agents several times. She has personally received an award that has only been done by a team she done it on her own. She is also advancing her education in realestate. I would trust her to sell my home or find me a home to buy in a heartbeat.

I work with Misty on a professional basis, but when it was time to handle the sale of my mom's property after her passing, she was the only one I could really trust throughout the entire process. I watch her day in and out take such great care of her clients, and it was no different with me. She handled everything with ease and kept me in the loop about everything that was transpiring. It took 3 1/2 weeks from the day of listing the property until we were signing documents at the closing table. Every decision I had to make, she was right there giving me the best advise and making sure I was completely comfortable. I would recommend Misty hands down, every time.

Misty went above and beyond to keep us(mostly me) calm during the selling of our families first home. After multiple hurdles, we finally crossed the finish line and closed today. She was so informative and walked us through every step with confidence and made this stressful process fun. She knows her stuff and isnt scared of a challenge.
