When I met Misty, we weren’t the best of friends! But she stuck with me on my journey of owning a home for 5 years, maybe more? Losing my job twice during Covid kinda messed things up. But she stuck with me and never gave up. So after this long, she basically knew exactly what me and my family needed. She had been with me through a divorce and single mom hood and kept encouraging me that it was possible for me to finally have stability for myself and my family. I FINALLY had my ducks in a row and with the help of Misty…we found a place! It was an off market deal and exactly what we had been waiting for and at the perfect timing bc we were having to move out of our rental we’d been in for 5 years. Misty also fought hard to help me buy the house I was in but after discovering how much work it needed and how unsafe it was, she advised me not to buy it because there was no way I could afford to make it safe for myself and the kids (after an appraisal, she was definitely correct.) …and then she found us our new home. It was an off market deal and we had to find a temporary home for 6 weeks last minute bc the owners wanted to let their kids finish school before moving out of state. I completely understood this having kids of my own as well. We made great friends with the people who took my entire family in during that time and Misty personally helped us out with storage like in a huge way! And even came and helped us unpack later! She was representing the buyers as well so there were several things I had to cave on in order to appease them as well but I understood that’s kinda part of the deal and hoped they understood as well. They left us a boat for the lake and a swing set and a desk among other things bc I asked Misty to pass the message along to leave anything they didn’t want and since I was their “landlord” at that time, I wouldn’t charge them for any junk removal. They also didn’t have to pay me rent. Which I agreed to bc I understood she was trying to help both sides. I want the old owners to know that my family and I appreciate everything y’all left behind and we’ve already made so many memories with our family. And thank y’all for allowing me to finally have a home of my own and working through this with me and not giving up. It truly means a lot to me and my family. I know this was a tough deal on both sides, but I feel Misty was very fair and kept her cool amidst a damn near impossible deal. Both parties had minor inconveniences, yes, but this was my first time buying a home and I think their first time selling one and with all things considered, Misty did a fantastic job. She even gifted me new custom felt for our pool table bc we had to take it apart to move it…long story! And not sure if it was her or the previous owners who left it so clean for us to move into, but I really appreciate that as well! I’m pretty happy and thankful I finally have a home and I couldn’t have done this without Misty. Thank you for sticking with me Misty, I’ll be forever grateful. I suppose I can call you a friend now! :)

Let me tell you about our agent, she’s AMAZING!!! We were on the house hunt for a few years, worked with multiple agents and lenders. Misty was recommended to me and I’m so glad I called her cause she knows how to get the job done! We looked at so many houses, put in multiple offers with our other agents and got no where. My husband and I were living in a 490 square foot condo and expecting a baby, frantically looking to expand into a home. We met Misty at an open house and were extremely impressed by the work she put into her listing. From there, we decided to stay in contact with her. In a market that feels impossible to secure a home, Misty helped us find a place and write an offer that got us into our new home. She then helped us sell our condo after putting in days of work on her own time to optimize the property (paint, trim, ship lap). She ended up selling our condo for 50,000 dollars more than we were expecting. We’d go to Misty again and again and again if we were back on the market. Best in the business, hands down.

Misty is the one and only realtor I have ever used. And she set the bar really high if she ever decides to quit real estate. I bought at the height of the market and we looked at SO MANY HOUSES. She was so patient with me and walked me through the entire process and multiple homes with such grace. When I was just about to give up, she brought me to the most perfect off-market house. No bidding war, no additional deposit. We offered and were mutual next day. I bought my house almost a year ago and she has done so much in such a short time. With her excellent eye for the smallest details, her and her team made our older home look almost brand new by the time we put it up for sale. She helped with everything from paint to new flooring and even garbage removal. She and her team staged our home and it looked like a model home in time for open house! Trying to buy a house during the pandemic and when the market was so hot was rough. My husband and I had been trying to buy a home for almost a year when we met Misty and were starting to lose hope that we would be able to find what we really wanted.
We began working with Misty on Jan 9, 2021 and she made a commitment to have us in a home by the end of February (truthfully, we thought she was insane to say that).
In the first 48 hours of working with her, she presented three homes we had not seen, two which had net even hit the market.
I heard from her every day with updates and words of encouragement. She became much more of a friend than just an agent to us.
When we finally found the home that we really loved, she worked tirelessly (sending text messages at midnight) to get us the home for a price and terms we were comfortable with and she kept her commitment.... WE CLOSED FEBRUARY 12th!
We absolutely love our home and once we found Misty the home buying experience became so much easier. She really took on all the stress for us so we didn’t have to.
I couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the experience of working with Misty. I will absolutely be recommending her to family and friends.

When we started to looking into selling we where so overwhelmed by some needing to get done. Misty Marie Sattler and friends made that worry disappear completely. She had people to call and get it done. We had a big house on acres we couldn't use for my animals. Wanted to down size and upsize the land for our hobbies. Are house was hard sale but boy she got it sold and got us into perfect setup for our family and farm animals. It was painless and went smoothly. Any farmer knows it's hard to move animal's but we work it out got things moved. Our new home needed painting done inside bad and she hop in and painted it and cleaned it for us. I'm so impressed with her attitude that she doesnt just sit back and see what happens. She a go getter. And that's what you need when your stressed eough moving. She take most that away. We consider her family now. Because she truly cared. If you need help she there helping us. She truly a miracle worker. Mikhail help anyway to make everything go smoothly. Misty was great from the start. She was always in constant contact. I had to move my family to Washington from Kansas and had no idea about the layout of the area. Misty's knowledge of the area and willingness to explore and find what we wanted were key to landing the house that we wanted. In addition, Misty was able to let us rent an RV lot from her at a discounted price so that we had a place to live during the move and transition from Kansas. Misty was more than a realtor to us. She is a friend to us and continues to help us when we need it. She was ready and willing to help us with any aspect of our move, and has lots of resources that she knows how to use well. And, to researching thoroughly for her clients. For example, in our last transaction, she was able to negotiate for the sellers to pay for a new electrical system to be installed throughout the home, as the current one was not to code.
