Misty Woodford

As a third-generation REALTOR®, I have been in the real estate industry my entire life. Originally from a small farming community in Western KY, I have called Middle Tennessee home for the last twenty-five plus years. It has been my joy to help clients find their homes and make transitions in the area since 2007. In 2024 I began serving clients in my home away from home, Smith Lake, Alabama. We love making memories on the lake and appreciate the opportunity to help others do the same. I am a licensed broker and carries several specialty designations including CRS, GRI, ABR, SRS, SFR, and ePro. What that means to clients, is that I am here to listen to their story and needs and put my specialized tools to work for them to meet their unique situation.

When she is not selling real estate, you can find her teaching classes, hanging out with her husband Jeff, or driving the mom taxi. She and her husband live in Franklin with their two children. They have two fur babies- Cutie and Bentley. They love a good adventure, great food, and traveling the world. But, at the end of the day, there is no place like home.
