About Mitch
Based in Charlotte NC, Mitch joined CBRE as a Senior Vice President in 2007 and is the Alliance Director on the global Wells Fargo account. With a team of over five hundred facility, engineering, and project management professionals, he is responsible for delivering facility management services to over 55 MSF of Wells Fargo Critical, Admin, and Retail facilities through-out the US, EMEA, and APAC.
Prior to that, he was the Global Director of Critical Environments and responsible for chartering CBRE’s Critical Environments Practice. In this position Mitch was the leader of CBRE’s Critical Environment Center of Excellence, architect of CBRE’s Critical Environment Operational Excellence Program, and is a subject matter expert in data center and mission critical facility management programs and operational sustainability.
Prior to this position, he served as the Director of Engineering on the Bank of America account where he was responsible for over four hundred Static and Route Engineers and over 50M square feet of Critical, Administrative, and Retail Facilities. He developed and led the complete transformation of the Engineering organization and service delivery model to dramatically improve facility reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. He also directed the due diligence and engineering transition of over fifty international Tier II –Tier IV critical facilities located in EMEA, APAC, and LATM into the Bank of America portfolio.
University of California at Los Alamos National Laboratory
Prior to joining CBRE, Mitch was the Facility Management & Engineering Division Leader for the University of California at the Los Alamos National Laboratory. He was responsible for a three hundred employee Division with an annual operating budget in excess of $100M per year. Span-of-control included the operation, maintenance, design, commissioning, industrial hygiene, and waste management, of over 4.5M sq. ft. of facilities; including office space, laboratories, warehouse, bioscience, computing, explosive, and research & development.

As Group Leader and Vice President with Sonalysts, Inc., Mitch was responsible for the development and delivery of management, engineering, and technical services to high hazard R&D laboratories, commercial nuclear industry, and Department of Energy.
