After earning his MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Mitch went to work as an Engineer at AT&T in North Carolina. In 1991, Mitch moved back to his hometown of Conway, AR and became president of HartLand Development Company - Dunaway & Hart, Inc and began practicing Commercial Real Estate and residential and commercial Real Estate Development. Some of Mitch's developments include the Cutter Ridge and Dallas Residential subdivisions and the Conway Marketplace shopping center. Mitch specializes in land, commercial and industrial properties.
