Mitzi and her team stood out from the rest because from day one she took an interest in becoming our realtor. We interviewed a few realtors and she was an easy #1 for us! She treated our family and our move as she would an extended family member. Our goal was to make all of our decisions seamless and she did that for us down to researching & approving our solar payments to be wrapped up with the sale of our home in a timely manner with closing! Mitzi and her team were refreshing as we were making a big cross country move. We had soo much on our minds!

I found Mitzi through some friends who are very "real estate savvy", and I Hit The Jackpot! I wanted someone very familiar with the real estate market in Lincoln and also someone who could reach out and market to the Bay Area. I moved from there almost 7 years ago to find a home in this amazing town. I am relocating within Lincoln to a forever retirement home and I wanted to be sure to catch the eye of folks who were looking to move here as well as as those looking to move within the greater Sacramento metro area. Mitzi has the expertise, depth of knowledge, dedicated staff, and just plain go getter real estate smarts and moxie to accomplish the goals of her client! Plus, she is a genuine ace of a person, always there to answer questions, do hand holding as needed, and she really LISTENS to what the client is SAYING as well as to what they are MEANING. This is a skill and a gift that one rarely finds nowadays and it is just such an attribute that is necessary in one's real estate agent. She did a crackerjack job in getting my home staged, marketed, shown, and sold for top dollar to great buyers. What more could one ask for?

I never thought in a million years, that when I finally decided to list my home and start a new adventure that I would end up with such an amazing person to put my trust in. Wether it was late night therapy text sessions, or just keeping me in the loop through out the entire process of selling a home in the middle of a pandemic, Mitzi completely was there any time I had a question or needed anything.
