Miwa is not just my realtor but a friend. I work in a service industry and appreciate the attention ti detqils and more of the emotional connection. Miwa is so I tuned to see hat my needed are and goes with that. She notices things I do t when we visit homes which to me is important as I am looking for a new hone in my own and it feels like a friend with me. I cannot recommend her enough, I wish she was selling my hone but it’s not in her area.
Selling or buying she is the BEST ! And I never write reviews but had to for her!

Miwa was our realtor for a recent purchase in Monmouth County that closed in June '21. My fiancée and I were mostly unfamiliar with the area and we were so lucky to be referred to Miwa through a mutual friend. Miwa is extremely responsive, generous with her time, organized and knowledgeable. What really stood out during our search was her genuine concern that we were making decisions for the right reasons and not settling as a result of the pressures from a low inventory market. Each potential offer was met with a thoughtful conversation. Once an offer was accepted and we shifted to closing mode, not a single detail was overlooked, even those we didn't even think to consider. All of her referrals, from our lender to the home inspector, were equally great and at all times we felt like everyone's top priority. I could not offer any higher praise or a more enthusiastic recommendation.
