I had a couple bad experiences with realtors before landing on Miyo. From my first conversation I had with her I felt at ease.I had no feeling I was being persuaded or lied too witch I felt from the previous realtors. The homebuying experience was stressful as everyone is told. Miyo and her teams communication was amazing. We had some setbacks with the timing of my home purchase with the holidays and new year, but Miyo was still able to close in the time frame I wanted and communicate the repairs and credits I felt necessary. She hit it out the park and I'm in the home that I wanted. I will refer her and her team to family and friends in the future. I am now a homeowner because of miyos hard work!

We just closed on our first investment property in Sacramento and Miyo went above and beyond in securing a home for in the area we were looking for. If ya want someone that is highly reliable, readily available and a non-pushy realtor that listens to ya, Miyo is the kinda of person to look for. Highly recommend her service and we'll approach her again for our next property. Ya are in good hands with Miyo.

“Awesome” would be an understatement when describing Miyo.
Not only is Miyo very knowledgeable, but she is extremely friendly, hard working, responsive, and patient! And best of all, she’s not pushy like some agents can be!

Buying a house is overwhelming. Thankfully Miyo and Letty Santana are experts at facilitating a very multifaceted and complex process. Miyo and Letty were very attentive to what my goals and intentions were concerning purchasing a duplex in one of the most challenging real estate markets in the last 20 years. Their experience and wisdom was evident very early on in the process and my confidence only grew as more challenges came. Navigating challenging seller agents, current (trashy) tenants and the laws associated with inheriting tenets and negotiating with sellers who want to back you in a corner are some of the strengths Letty and Miyo expertly showed. Their negotiating and business skills are unmatched. Clearly the Santana Sisters are able to deliver. The result was that I was able to purchase a beautiful duplex in a good part of town just 20 minutes from family and 15min from work. I would HIGHLY recommend Letty and Miyo and plan on using their services again in the future as I built my portfolio. Also, they assisted in helping me surprise my family that had ZERO idea that I was moving down the street after relocating from the Bay Area, the surprise on my sisters face as Miyo recorded the reaction was PRICELESS and will live on in my head and heart RENT FREE. Muchas Gracias ladies for a really wonderful experience in buying my first home.

We had a great experience from beginning to the end. Our property was listed and promoted within days of coming to an agreement where realistic expectations were set. For months the offers kept coming in and Miyo did a great job fighting for our money and preparing a list of candidates that were ready to buy. It is convenient being able to focus on your life away from the stress of having to sell your home, knowing that you have someone fighting to make a deal. Even in this recession, our home sold for a fair price without any issues.

It is stressful to sell a home, especially after a death but she made us feel comfortable and made sure we understood exactly what we needed to do. First-time buyers here, Miyo and Letty helped us find our very first home. We were referred to Miyo by a realtor friend after our first referral didn’t work out. I was tired and overwhelmed going in and had my reservations because of the terrible experience we had with the previous realtor. Miyo and her sister Letty are a dream come true!! Immediately after our first introduction through text message, Miyo sent us an introduction video of herself, we knew that we were going to be in great hands! Miyo and Letty were very attentive to our needs and walked us through the process step by step. They were extremely patient in answering all of our questions and always responded to our calls and texts in a timely manner. Miyo and Letty made us feel at ease even though the process was a bit crazy, they made it fun! Did we mention that they work super-fast?! We couldn’t believe how quickly they’d get us showings once we showed interest in a home. And if we wanted to make an offer, they were on top of it! Dynamic duo for sure!!
