Mollie is positively amazing! I have dealt with realtors in the past where I felt as though I did a lot of the work and they simply showed up at closing to collect a commission - absolutely not the case with Mollie! She worked with me prior to the posting to ensure that everything was the way it needed to be to sell quickly. She had a professional photographer take photos of the property and we received multiple offers and the property sold the same day it was listed. Mollie did not stop there - on the contrary, that's when she really did most of the work. She provided guidance through the offer/contract negotiation process to ensure that we received a very fair deal. She helped to negotiate with the buyer post-inspection, and she referred me to qualified and reasonably priced professionals, who were very responsive, to correct the issues that needed to be corrected. She continued to provide guidance right up to the closing day. And perhaps most importantly, she was always quick to respond via phone, text, and email to any requests or questions I had. I would (and have) highly recommend her to friends, family, or anyone else I knew who was looking to hire a realtor to buy or to sell a property!

Mollie is the best!!! She is super knowledgeable and responsive. Mollie helped us buy our forever home and sell our first home. We were under contract in 11 days!!! She made an extremely daunting process seem easy and manageable. Mollie helped us with every step of the process except packing the boxes. She is very personable and great to work with. Mollie went above and beyond to make sure my first new construction home buying process went smoothly. She took the time to walk me through the process, step by step. Fast forward a few years later and she was there for every question I had about selling and purchasing a new home. Mollie took the time to do a walk through and provide me with a list of needed quick fixes to list my house. Mollie is a fantastic realtor and resource! She helped us sell our starter home and purchase a family home in 2018 (purchase contingent on the sale of our original home which was super rare in the market at that time). Her experience and instinct make her so knowledgeable of the market and it was hugely helpful for us as we navigated our first home sale. Her insight into projects we needed to tackle prior to selling gave us the most value when we listed and she got us multiple offers within a week of listing our home. On the sale side, she negotiated with tricky sellers (an estate can always be sensitive), but we ended up with a great price for us on a home we love in the highlands. Mollie made sure we did not pay more than what the house was actually worth (a fixer upper which we continue to put our stamp on). We’ve been in the home two years and Mollie has continued to be helpful as we reach out to her with questions on which projects to take on to maximize our home value for re-financing and eventual re-sale. She is so knowledgeable and professional while also very friendly and easy to work with. We will never use another realtor and I recommend her to everyone!

We purchased a house in Louisville, sold that house and purchased a house in Bardstown, and then sold that house to move back to the Louisville area, all with her help.
