Molly First is a lifelong resident of Los Angeles and possesses a select understanding and appreciation of the real estate market in one of the world’s most diverse and expanding cities. After earning a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California, Molly broke into the real estate industry as an Associate Agent at Lyon Stahl representing and assisting novice and experienced real estate investors alike to achieve their financial goals.

Molly invests her time and energy in making sure her clients are knowledgeable and satisfied with their investments. In her free time, Molly loves to spend quality time with her friends, family, and “Brie,” her Golden Retriever. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time at the gym, where she personal trains friends for fun.
